By purchasing from Beaded Sun, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Business Information

Beaded Sun is a small business based in Tennessee, USA, offering handmade jewelry and accessories sold online and at in-person markets and pop-up events.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur and are part of the uniqueness of each piece.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed in full at checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, inventory errors, or pricing issues.

3. Shipping Policy (United States & Canada Only)

Shipping Availability:

Beaded Sun currently ships only within the United States and Canada.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within [insert your typical processing time, e.g., 2–5 business days], excluding weekends and holidays.

Delivery Estimates:

Shipping times are carrier estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by postal services, weather, or customs processing (for Canada) are outside of Beaded Sun’s control.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Canada Orders):

Canadian customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or VAT required by their country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

Address Accuracy:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Beaded Sun is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.

4. In-Person Sales (Markets & Pop-Ups)

All purchases made at in-person events are considered final sale, unless the item is defective at the time of purchase. Please inspect your items before leaving the booth.

5. Returns & Refunds (Online Orders)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• Items must be securely packaged

Refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can assist you.

7. Jewelry Care Disclaimer

Avoid water, perfumes, lotions, sweat, and harsh chemicals to extend the life of your jewelry. Beaded Sun is not responsible for damage due to improper care or normal wear and tear.

8. Allergies & Materials Disclaimer

Beaded Sun is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities. Please review material descriptions carefully before purchasing.

9. Intellectual Property

All Beaded Sun designs, images, branding, and content are the exclusive property of Beaded Sun and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

Beaded Sun is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States.
